Author/ Artist responsibilities
Authors, artists, institution responsibles guarantee the originalities of the presented art works( The person who submits any text or visual material to magazine address or contacts to visual ARTBEAT Magazine team via email).
If an Author/Artist use charts, photographs or other graphics from previously created / printed material, he / she is responsible to obtain the permission to use the material in the magazine pages. If this is an article, interview or comment about artist / artists written by an author, mentioned author will be the responsible to obtain the permissions to use these materials.
Artists and Authors are solely responsible for the content of articles submitted.
The Visual ARTBEAT Magazine accepts no responsibility for the contents and opinions expressed by the contributors.
The magazine accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies in manuscripts or references. It is the artist/author's responsibility to notify the magazine of any potential conflicts of interest with respect to submitted articles and to acknowledge affiliation with any organization or entity mentioned in the text and/or financial interest in any subject matter, organization, or product discussed.
By submitting articles/ Project files to The Visual ARTBEAT Magazine pages, Authors permit to publish their Articles in the Magazine pages free of charge and to disribute the Magazine hardcopies world-wide .By submitting artwork for magazine presentation, artists permit to use their names and images in any print, electronic, or other medium now existing or developed in the future, without restriction as to the frequency or duration of usage.
The Visual Artbeat Magazine reserves the rights to cancel or postpone , previously announced date of publication of the hardcopies and to make any necessary rearrangements in the print quality and in the number of the hardcopies .
These conditions and any agreement in which they are incorporated, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Austrian law and the Artist / Author hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Austrian courts.
